Yes, you can call and chat with your clients through the App, provided that your Client is logged into the GetEase Client App. Otherwise, you may simply contact your clients via the contact platforms that you have at your personal disposal.
The GetEase Team may reach out to you at several times to communicate changes or updates regarding the GetEase Pro App. Next to this, we will reach out to you at several times during the start of the partnership to help you get started using the App. For any booking-related information, you will be informed through the App and/or via email to make sure you don't miss important information regarding an upcoming booking.
Should you run into any technical issues while using the GetEase Pro App, you are requested to inform GetEase so that the issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
Yes, clients receive notifications in their GetEase Client App helping them be aware of important updates regarding their booking. Next to this, you are encouraged to send your clients updates and/or confirmations using the in-app chat.
