After each completed booking you will be paid immediately. Depending on your bank, your total amount should be received within 1-3 working days. Do make sure that you have linked your bank account details to your GetEase Payment account (Stripe) through “My Earnings” under your profile page in the GetEase Pro App. Please note that a payment to you will be triggered only after you have confirmed the booking is completed. You can do so in the GetEase Pro App.
Yes, you can call and chat with your clients through the App, provided that your Client is logged into the GetEase Client App. Otherwise, you may simply contact your clients via the contact platforms that you have at your personal disposal.
Your client can cancel or reschedule your booking through the GetEase Client App. Our cancelation policy prevents both the expert and the client from changing a booking in under 24 hours prior to the starting time. Nevertheless, you are always able to discuss the situation with your client through in the in-app chat.
